Primary 1 Open Afternoon Tuesday 7th January 4pm - 6pm We warmly invite you to bring your son/daughter along from 4pm to play and have fun in our well resourced P1 classroom, meet our experienced staff and enjoy a short presentation by our Principal Mr. Hutchinson at 5.30pm. We will also have opportunities for your children to meet and engage in games in our sports hall with some of our after school providers too and enjoy some refreshments. Contact school if unable to attend and we will arrange a convenient time for you to visit and view our wonderful school. Winter in P2/3

We have started our new topic of Winter and the Polar Lands this week. Throughout the half term we will be looking at animals and people who live in the Polar Regions. This week we have been using our sparkly playdough to make snowflakes which we are decorating with buttons, tinsel pipe cleaners and buttons all in cold colours. We are recalling enjoying our a winter tuff tray and have also been making our own snowflakes. Next week Mrs Megaw is going to set up an Inuit tent for us to play in and we can’t wait.
