Primary 1 Open Afternoon Tuesday 7th January 4pm - 6pm We warmly invite you to bring your son/daughter along from 4pm to play and have fun in our well resourced P1 classroom, meet our experienced staff and enjoy a short presentation by our Principal Mr. Hutchinson at 5.30pm. We will also have opportunities for your children to meet and engage in games in our sports hall with some of our after school providers too and enjoy some refreshments. Contact school if unable to attend and we will arrange a convenient time for you to visit and view our wonderful school. Rugby Success at Armagh RFC

Today a strong squad of 18 players from Hamiltonsbawn Primary School participated in a Rugby Festival at Armagh Rugby Club.  After a slow start, losing 2-0 to Markethill Primary School, the team grew in confidence with a narrow win against Drumhillery PS 2-1. They continued to play more expansive rugby by defeating St. Pats 3-1, followed by a last second try from Seth Dunwoody to narrowly clinch victory against neighbours Hardy Memorial PS 4-3.  Finally, a resounding 4-0 victory over Armstrong PS completed a great morning of Rugby.  Try scorers included James Grant, Seth Dunwoody, Ben Barbour, Matthew George, James Spence and James McCune. Well done!
