Primary 1 Open Afternoon Tuesday 7th January 4pm - 6pm We warmly invite you to bring your son/daughter along from 4pm to play and have fun in our well resourced P1 classroom, meet our experienced staff and enjoy a short presentation by our Principal Mr. Hutchinson at 5.30pm. We will also have opportunities for your children to meet and engage in games in our sports hall with some of our after school providers too and enjoy some refreshments. Contact school if unable to attend and we will arrange a convenient time for you to visit and view our wonderful school. Polar Lands P2/3

This week we have been continuing our topic of the Polar Lands. We have been pretending to be eskimos in our igloo, painting snowmen on the iPad and we have all loved the water beads. Mrs Megaw also gave us sugar cubes to build our own igloo for a penguin. Next week we will be making some Polar Animals and looking at how they survive in such cold weather.
