Primary 1 Open Afternoon Tuesday 7th January 4pm - 6pm We warmly invite you to bring your son/daughter along from 4pm to play and have fun in our well resourced P1 classroom, meet our experienced staff and enjoy a short presentation by our Principal Mr. Hutchinson at 5.30pm. We will also have opportunities for your children to meet and engage in games in our sports hall with some of our after school providers too and enjoy some refreshments. Contact school if unable to attend and we will arrange a convenient time for you to visit and view our wonderful school. P3/4 Pirates

As part of our pirate topic we were looking at different boats and discussed how they float. We then carried out an experiment to see which items would float or sink when you put them into water. We had to predict first and then tested each item. We found out that the items which floated had air inside them and that this is why we wear a life jacket in water. It was great fun!
