Mental Health Day in Primary 5 βοΈ

In Primary 5 we began our day with some mindfulness colouring by our crackling fire. This helped us feel calm and ready to learn. π
At break time we enjoyed an extended play time in the sunshine, along with a lovely treat! βοΈπͺπ©
We also took some time to think about different things we can do to improve our mental health - everyone had great ideas π‘
Finally, we enjoyed a mindful activity from Go Noodle.
