Mental Health Day in P3

We had great fun today in P3 for Mental Health Day. We started with some exercises with Danny Go followed by a workout with CJ. Then we had some delicious buns for snack before enjoying the lovely sunshine ☀️ outside. We ended the day with some mindfulness which helped us with our listening and breathing.
