The Hungry Caterpillar in P2

Our new topic in P2 is Minibeasts and we have been looking at the story of the Hungry Caterpillar. This week we have been making our own caterpillars using coloured circles and have been playing in our tuff tray. We have also been developing our fine motor skills by using the tweezers to lift tiny bugs and rolling playdough into balls. Mrs Megaw has also been setting up our outdoor play area so we can’t wait to dig for minibeasts, play in the sand and cook in our mud kitchen.
